We offer multiple payment methods to facilitate your purchase, such as:

Card payments are automatically processed securely through one or more integration platforms such as: PayPal, MercadoPago, Clip, and similar. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos, unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable taxes. The Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs and any other expenses arising from their purchase.

Having trouble paying with your debit or credit card?
- Make sure all information is correct, including card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.

Check the available balance in your credit or debit account.
- Check if your card is authorized for online transactions or if the transaction limit is too low.
- Try refreshing the page or logging out completely and logging back in.
- Please place a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order again.

If the payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank. As a security measure, many credit card companies automatically block international transactions unless the cardholder specifically requests that they be accepted.
- Pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use their services as a “guest” in a safe and easy way.
- Try using a different card.
- If you have a PayPal account, try paying through this method.
Having trouble paying with PayPal?

Check with PayPal to see if your account has a transaction limit.
- According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and billing address must be in the same country, otherwise the payment will be rejected.
- There could be a number of reasons why your payment attempt failed.
