Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or making any purchase through our digital platform.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By visiting, accessing, browsing, using or making a purchase on the DOXA Clo website or application , you become a “User” or “Customer” and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, including any changes and modifications. These terms are mandatory and binding.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our website or application.

2. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

DOXA Clo reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our platform.

It is the responsibility of the User or Client to periodically review the changes made.

3. Product Features

DOXA Clo offers a clothing catalogue with descriptive images that include information on prices, designs, materials, sizes and colours.

We strive to ensure that descriptions are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that they are complete or error-free. Colors and shades may vary slightly depending on production batch or user device settings.

By making a purchase, the Customer accepts the characteristics specified in the description of the products.

4. Availability of Articles

All purchases are subject to product availability. If an item is not available after placing an order, DOXA Clo will inform the Customer to arrange a solution.

5. Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment methods to facilitate your purchase, such as:

• Electronic transfers.
• Bank or convenience store deposits.
• Credit or debit cards.

Card payments are automatically processed securely through one or more integration platforms such as: PayPal, MercadoPago, Clip, and similar. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos, unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable taxes.

The Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs and any other expenses arising from their purchase.

6. Collection of Personal Data

By using our platform, the User agrees to the collection and use of his/her personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice. The information provided must be accurate; the User will be liable for any damage resulting from incorrect data.

7. Shipments

Shipments are made through independent courier providers. Delivery time begins 24 business hours after payment confirmation and varies between 2 and 7 business days depending on the provider. For international shipments (outside of Mexico) delivery times may be longer.

The Customer will be able to track their order using the tracking number provided. If they wish to purchase additional insurance for their shipment, this will be possible at an extra cost directly with the courier.

8. Intellectual Property

The DOXA Clo name and logo are protected by the Industrial Property Law. The images, descriptions and software on our site are the exclusive property of DOXA Clo or are used under license. It is prohibited to modify, distribute or reproduce content without prior authorization.

9. Billing

Invoices can only be requested at the time of purchase using the available form. Tax receipts will not be issued subsequently.

10. Prohibitions

Users or Clients are prohibited from:

• Posting illegal, offensive or defamatory content.
• Using the platform to violate applicable laws.
• Providing false information.
• Using unauthorized tools to extract information from the site.

11. Limitation of Liability

The use of the DOXA Clo platform is the sole responsibility of the User. DOXA Clo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions or technical problems.

12. Controversies

Any dispute related to the use of the platform will be resolved under the laws of the United Mexican States, in the Courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
