DOXA Clo Shipping and Deliveries
Shipments of products purchased at DOXA Clo are made through prestigious parcel providers, which are independent of our platform, and exclusively within the Mexican Republic .
Payment for shipping is made through checkout or cart in our online store doxaclo.com
Upon confirming the purchase and receiving the order, Doxa will subsequently send the shipping guide to the registered email.
It is important to note that if the information provided by the customer for shipping is incorrect or incomplete, DOXA Clo is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause, including non-receipt of the order.
Delivery time will start counting 24 hours after payment confirmation. This period is calculated in business days and hours , excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary depending on the courier provider, with an estimated range of 2 to 7 business days .

DOXA Clo Exchange Policy
At DOXA Clo , we offer a period of 15 calendar days from the date of the purchase receipt so that you can request an exchange for your products, whether it be footwear or any other item.
Important:
We do not make refunds in cash or by card.
Clearance or discontinued products are not eligible for exchange.
In case of change of model or size, the customer must cover the shipping cost.
Conditions of change:
In case of defect by the brand, poor quality, change of size or damage during shipping, the change may be for a different size , model or color , as long as the value is equal to or greater than that of the item initially purchased.
If the chosen product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
If the product has a lower price, a coupon will be issued for the difference, which must be used within 30 days of the exchange.
For discounted or rebated products , the price at which they were purchased will be taken as a reference.
Requirements for change:

We will follow up on your request within the next 48 hours.
If your exchange request has been approved, you must send the merchandise with the label, packaging and in the condition in which you received it by official courier . The shipping cost depends on the reason for the exchange in accordance with the conditions of returns and exchanges, terms and conditions and the following point.
The product must be in perfect condition , unused, with tags, clean, in its original box and free of bad odors.
Note: DOXA Clo reserves the right not to accept refunds in cash or any other form of payment.
DOXA Clo Guarantee Policy
At DOXA Clo , we stand behind the quality of our garments and guarantee a period of 60 days after purchase to report any manufacturing or material defects, as long as the garment has been used and cared for according to the indicated instructions.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, such as rips, permanent stains, burns or tears.
Natural wear and tear of materials such as loss of color, texture or elasticity due to use or washing.
Alterations made by third parties, such as adjustments, embroidery, dyeing or sewing interventions.

Repair the product, if possible.
If the repair is not feasible, we will replace the item with another of similar commercial value to the purchased product.
To request a warranty:
You can send an email to hi@doxaclo.com , explaining the problem and attaching at least 4 photos of the product, showing the defect and the general condition of the item. We will respond within 48 hours by email with instructions on how to proceed.
The repaired or replaced product will be sent to the same address where the purchase was made.
