DOXA Clo Shipping and Delivery.

1. Shipments of products purchased at DOXA Clo  They are carried out through prestigious parcel providers, which are independent of our platform, and exclusively within the Mexican Republic .
2. Payment for shipping is made through checkout or cart in our online store doxaclo.com
3. Upon confirming the purchase and receiving the order, Doxa will subsequently send the shipping guide to the registered email.
4. It is important to note that if the information provided by the customer for shipping is incorrect or incomplete, DOXA Clo  is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause, including non-receipt of the order.
5. Delivery time will start counting 24 hours  after payment confirmation. This period is calculated in business days and hours , excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary by courier provider, with an estimated range of 2 to 7 business days .
6. Delivery time for international shipments (outside of Mexico) may be longer than 7 days.
7. The Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs and any other expenses arising from their purchase.
