DOXA Clo Exchange Policy.
In DOXA Clo , we offer a term of 15 calendar days from the date of the purchase receipt so that you can request an exchange for your products, whether footwear or any other item.
Important:

We do not make refunds in cash or by card.
- Clearance or discontinued products are not eligible for exchange.
- In case of change of model or size, the customer must cover the shipping cost.
Conditions of change:

In case of defect by the brand, poor quality, change of size or damage due to shipping, the change may be for size , model either different color , as long as the value is equal to or greater than that of the item initially purchased.

If the chosen product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the product has a lower price, a coupon will be issued for the difference, which must be used within 30 days of the exchange.
For discounted or rebated products , the price at which they were purchased will be taken as a reference.
Requirements for change:

If your change request has been approved, you must send by official parcel the merchandise with label, packaging and in the condition in which you received it, the shipping cost depends on the reason for the change according to the conditions of returns and exchanges, terms and conditions and the following point.

The product must be in perfect condition , unused, with tags, clean, in its original box and free of bad odors.
